CONTAINS: pine tips
It is used for inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis and bronchitis with a heavy purulent secretion. Pine tips are also used for urinary tract disease (sand and stones in the bladder basin), for scorbutus, scrofula, hydropsy, inflammation of the gallbladder and rheumatism.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
For acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, make inhalations by putting 20 g in 250 ml of boiling water. For internal use, make a decoction of 100 g of pine tips and 2 1/2 l of water which should be boiled while 1/2 l remains. Add honey to the cold decoction if you wish and drink 1 coffee cup 3 times a day. For rheumatism and skin diseases, take baths with a decoction of 500 g herb which you should boil for 30 min with 5 l of water and add to bath water.
