White Germander stalk

CONTAINS: white germander – stalks
Used for constipation, improving  digestion and appetite, flu, sexual weakness, gastric and intestinal pain, sand in the gallbladder, externally: washing for leucorrhoea, haemorrhoids, compressions and washing for acne, eczema, wounds, inflammations and conjunctivitis.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Internal use: Pour 500 ml of boiling water over  2 tablespoons of finely chopped herb. Boil it for a few minutes. Let it soak for 30 minutes. Filter it and take 80-150 ml 3 times a day before meals. External use: washing for leucorrhoea, haemorrhoids. The infusion for external use is prepared of 4 teaspoons of the herb and 200 ml of boiling water.
