Vervain stalk

CONTAINS: common vervain – stalks
Strengthening agent for exhaustion, weakness, nervous and mental fatigue. It has a favourable effect on intensification of lactation and scanty menstruation. It is recommended for fluid retention in the body and liver and spleen inflammation. It is also used as an emetic agent (to induce vomiting).

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil 2 tablespoons of cut stalks and 500 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. After cooling down,  filter it. Take 100 ml 4 times a day before meals.
