Thyme is used as an expectorant agent, bronchodilator and disinfectant for acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. It is used for treatment of chronic gastritis and stomach ulcer, stomach and intestine colic, intestinal parasites. The herb is also used for nervousness,  insomnia, headache, anaemia.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Make an infusion of 2 teaspoons of finely chopped herb and 1/2 l of boiling water. After cooling down, filter the infusion and drink 1 cold coffee cup  3-4 times a day.
