Meadowsweet

Meadowsweet is used as an anti-rheumatic and diuretic agent. Internally, it is used as an infusion for ascites and other oedema, pleurisy and  sand in the kidneys, for rheumatism and gout. It is also used externally for rheumatism and skin rashes. It has a certain  diaphoretic effect and is used for colds.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour 400 ml of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the herb and let them soak for 1 hour. After filtering, take 100 ml 3  times a day before meals.
