METHOD OF PREPARATION
Leaves are used externally as an infusion. Pour 400 ml of boiling water over two tablespoons of the herb. Let it soak for 20 minutes. Filter
the infusion and take 120 ml 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. For restless sleep, 1 cup of lemon balm tea is recommended before going to bed.
